The lowdown
Deuce Padel opened at Mitchel Hey Mills in Rochdale in 2026 and it isn't messing about. Nine indoor courts, eight doubles and a singles, put it among the biggest setups in the North West, all housed in a converted mill unit off College Road. A singles court is a genuine rarity round here, since most Manchester venues only do doubles.
It's clearly built for volume and for staying a while. Long opening hours, a cafe and lounge, gym access, showers and lockers mean you can turn up, play, eat and leave without stepping back outside. Being fully indoor, it's a proper year-round option, unaffected by whatever the Rochdale weather is doing.
Booking is through Playtomic, and there's free private parking on site. It's new enough that we're holding off on firm verdicts for atmosphere and value until real feedback and confirmed pricing land. Third-party listings suggest somewhere around £20 to £36 an hour, but treat that as a guide and check the live rate. Coaching is available if you want to build your game rather than just book a court.
The courts
Nine courts in total, eight standard doubles and one dedicated singles court, which is unusual for the region since most Manchester venues don't offer singles at all. All courts are indoor. The exact surface and whether any court is set up as a show court with spectator seating isn't confirmed.

Bookings run through Playtomic. Third-party listings quote a rough range of £20 to £36 per hour, but this isn't confirmed on Deuce Padel's own site or app, so treat it as indicative and check the live rate before you book. Whether membership or pay-as-you-go rates apply isn't confirmed either.
