The Pollen Club sits right off Blackfriars Street, tucked at the foot of the Treehouse Hotel, a stone's throw from Deansgate. It's run alongside Pot Kettle Black, the coffee and bakery brand, so this is less a leisure centre with courts bolted on and more a proper hospitality venue that happens to have padel at its core. It suits people who want padel woven into a day out rather than a standalone gym session, city workers grabbing an evening slot straight after work, groups who fancy a coffee or a cocktail before or after, and anyone who wants the most walkable padel venue in the city centre. It's less suited to players chasing serious court time on demand, since two courts in the heart of Deansgate get booked up fast. Online reviews are a modest sample, 3.6 out of 5 from 14 Google reviews, so go in with reasonable expectations rather than treating it as a guaranteed five-star outing.
The courts

Prices and booking
Booking is through the Playtomic app, searching "The Pollen Club". Pricing isn't published on the official site and third-party listings disagree with each other, one quoting roughly £44 to £84 per court hour, another around £15.50 to £20.15 per player for a 90-minute guest slot, so treat both as unverified until you check the live rate. Racket hire is around £2.50, balls are sold rather than free, and membership options exist but rates aren't public.
